We are currently seeking a Cloud Solution Engineer. This role excels in executing technical tasks within projects and serves as a stepping stone, offering growth opportunities towards becoming a Cloud Solution Specialist.
This position requires frequent after-hours and weekend work, so flexibility is essential.
You will collaborate with engineers and specialists to deliver project milestones on time and support the Professional Services team with project delivery tasks. You will ensure accurate and timely updates of project tasks and time recording. You will have a strong background in the Windows Ecosystem (Desktop, Servers, Server Roles, SQL, RDS), Networking, Office 365, Modern Work, and VOIP Solutions, to name a few.

The ideal candidate will:
1. Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT or technical role, preferably with exposure to cloud technologies (Support Engineer, Senior Support Engineer).
2. Understand the Primary Health sector and experience with Medtech, Indici, MyPractice would be an advantage.
3. Demonstrate the ability to technically support senior team members with project tasks and technical problem-solving.
4. Be proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and managing Problem Management investigations.
5. Have a proven track record in managing technically complex project tasks, both remotely and on-site.
6. Exhibit excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to work effectively with internal teams.
7. Be capable of learning quickly, thinking on your feet, and working autonomously, particularly when under pressure.
8. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be dependable, motivated, and adaptable.
