Responsibilities include:
* Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personalized nursing care
* Leading the care team to ensure high standards of care
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
* Supporting volunteers and representing the service when needed
Qualifications required:
* NMC Registered Nurse
* Completion or willingness to complete NMC Standards for Student Supervision and/or Assessment
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
Skills and experience:
* Effective communication skills
* Knowledge of current legislation in the care sector
* Experience in neurological or palliative care (desirable)
* Leadership and supervision skills
* Competent IT skills
Additional responsibilities:
* Working independently and within a team
* Supporting quality standards and clinical audits
* Safeguarding and resource management
Key responsibilities:
* Providing leadership and supervision
* Supporting education and training
* Assessing and planning individualized care
* Ensuring compliance with policies and standards
* Maintaining communication with medical and nursing staff
