Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture a client base of high-net-worth individuals (B2C).
2. Manage and support client portfolios with a focus on developing strong, trusting relationships through personalized advisory services.
3. Identify and address personal and financial needs, delivering tailored wealth management solutions.
4. Conduct comprehensive reviews to assess client needs and provide bespoke financial strategies.
5. Offer a full range of solutions, including investments, pensions, savings plans, protection (insurance), estate planning, and fintech solutions.
6. Stay updated with legislative, financial, and procedural requirements, and ensure compliance.
7. Perform general administrative duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
1. Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management.
2. Proven sales acumen with experience in face-to-face client interactions.
3. Strong service focus with exceptional numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
4. Experience managing high-net-worth clients and understanding of investments, offshore solutions, and pension plans.
5. Reliable, professional, and a team player with a track record of delivering top-quality service.
6. Proven financial sales success with a drive for targets and ambition.
