About the role Working with the Operations Manager, you will work as part of team to deliver detailed surveys and consent for our client, SPEN. You will prioritise personal safety and contract compliance as you carry out each task. The role will cover the following areas: Dee Valley & Mid Wales, Cheshire, Wirral, Merseyside. What will your day look like Arranging meetings with customers to assess heir requests Answering questions from the client call centre Resolving any complaints that may arise from surveys and/or cutting work Carrying out surveying maintenance and revisit work Surveying across multiple voltages About you This role is perfect for someone with a Unit 5 qualification in Arboriculture Surveying and experience working in the Utilities Industry. You will be self-motivated and be comfortable working independently, solving problems should they arise. You will have good IT skills, specifically, you will be competent using MS Word and Excel.
