Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the property management department To ensure the smooth, effective and efficient running of all aspects of the business & improve continuously: Constantly assess and adapt current practices to perform a task better, faster and more efficiently Managment of of Property Managers Lead, train, and support the property management team to maintain high service standards. Train team to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Handle escalated issues, disputes, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolution of property issues. Recruit, mentor, and develop operational teams to build a skilled and motivated workforce. Provide coaching and training to enhance their performance and capabilities Prepare regular operational reports for the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making Meet or exceed budgeted profit and margins for the group’s property portfolio. Requirements: Proven experience in property management, in a senior or leadership role. Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
