Job Specification: Careers Education and Guidance Lead
Salary: £30,203.00 - £34,022.00 per annum
Location: Moulton, Northamptonshire
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Careers Education and Guidance Lead to create, implement, and deliver the College’s Careers Strategy. This role is part of the Student Experience team and is crucial in enhancing student outcomes. We are open to considering part-time hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to students in line with annual intervention targets.
* Develop careers resources tailored to student needs.
* Promote careers services to all stakeholders.
* Maintain the Matrix accreditation and lead on new careers accreditations.
* Organize a range of onsite careers activities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Level 6 Careers Advice and Guidance recognized qualification.
* Valid driving license (for occasional travel across sites).
* Experience in providing careers education and guidance in individual or small group settings.
* Proven track record of organizing successful cross-college events.
* Experience working in Further Education.
