The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the ADHD pathway by providing comprehensive administrative and clinical assistance, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
In this dynamic role, the post holder will administer the ADHD pathway with precision, maintain and update the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system in accordance with CSU standards, and contribute to the smooth operation of clinical services. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will support the assessment, diagnosis and treatment planningfor young people and their families, contributing to healthcare outcomes.
This position is ideal for a highly organised individual with an eye for detail, great communication skills and a passion for children's neurodevelopment who thrives in a collaborative environment. With supervision, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, helping to shape patient journeys while working in a supportive and innovative team.
• Administration of the ADHD referral process and waiting list.
• Undertake QBtech assessments and physical observations in support of the assessment and medication review processes, for which training will be given if required.
• Manage inbound calls and emails, dealing with queries from patients, families and healthcare professionals, responding where possible and/or direct enquiries to appropriate members of the team.
• As the first point of contact for patients, families and professionals from multiagency partners contacting the service, you will need to act in a caring, professional, and courteous manner.
• Perform general administrative tasks including document management, appointment reminders, referral management, task management, being part of the clinical team to facilitate a prompt and responsive patient journey.
