You'll be at the forefront of creating innovative, accessible, and impactful solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: As Lead Service Designer, Develop and implement user research strategies to inform design decisions. Map complex services and user journeys, creating clear and actionable insights. Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions, translating findings into service improvements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results. Champion user-centred design practices and continuously evolve the service design approach. What You'll Bring: 8 years of experience as a Service Designer. Expertise in user-centred design methods and accessibility standards. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
