My client is one of the UK's leading energy suppliers, winning awards annually. Due to the growth of the business there is a requirement for an Account Manager.
Reporting to the Team Leader to duties of this role will include:
* Production of sales quotations and paperwork
* Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to our TPI’s
* Achieve a personal new business and retention target set on a monthly basis
* Support the launch of new products or services through effective internal and external communication
* Develop strong relationships and act as primary liaison with TPIs and customers where required
* Upsell products and services
* Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
* Various standard and ad-hoc reporting
* Attend off-site client meetings when required
The right candidate will be:

* Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good at working as part of a team and individually
