Elevation HR are proud to be working with a well-known brand seeking a Deputy HR Services Manager to join their Shared Services team on a 12 months fixed term contract.

As a Deputy HR Services Manager, you will be responsible for the direct line management of 4 HR Administrators as well as delivering on key HR projects and process improvement initiatives within the HR Services team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Management of teams performance in line with agreed SLA’s
* Ensuring all HR Services / Recruitment admin tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
* Management of the full employee lifecycle
* Providing guidance and training as needed on Oracle processes and procedures
* Completing regular audits to capture data inaccuracies
* Providing stakeholders with relevant feedback, ensuring corrections are made and outputs are tracked
* Assisting and supporting key HR projects where required, for example; pay negotiations, bonus payments
* Identifying and championing HR continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal Deputy HR Services Manager will have:
* Previous experience within a shared-services environment
* Ability to plan and prioritise own workload, working to tight timescales
* Knowledge of Policies, Processes, Terms & Conditions & GDPR
