* Deliver the brand message to enhance the customer journey
* Create an extraordinary customer sales experience to impact sales results positively
* Maximize potential across all product categories through brand storytelling and fostering category synergies
Leadership & Engagement Support
* Support managers in creating an inclusive, customer-first work environment
* Assist the team in using service metrics to achieve sales and profit goals
* Help develop team product knowledge and selling culture
Operations
* Be an expert in Ralph Lauren store systems, procedures, and cash management; interpret key business reports
* Maintain and coach brand standards and presentation
* Coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes
