Pertemps Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is excited to offer an opportunity for a confident and proactive Office Manager to join their team in Dartmouth. About the Role You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by:
* Managing bookings from the public and responding to enquiries.
* Overseeing day-to-day admin operations and coordinating with the team.
* Maintaining filing systems and developing new processes.
* Managing office supplies, budgets, and staffing levels.
* Organising the bookings diary and ensuring seamless communication.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in business administration, IT, HR, or similar fields.
* The ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm £24,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience This is initally a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
