Branch Sales Manager / Sales Office Manager
THE COMPANY
My client is a well-established distributor of construction materials with a multi-branch network throughout the UK. They are looking for a Branch Sales Manager/ Sales Office Manager to manage a sales team and drive sales in the branch.
THE ROLE
1. To improve the overall sales and profit performance of the branch
2. To manage and grow an internal sales team
3. Recruit, coach and lead a motivated workforce
4. Establish, monitor and maintain high standards of customer service
5. Achieve agreed targets for sales and margin
6. Seek out and develop ways to grow sales and profit
KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Sales office management experience or similar experience of driving sales
2. Experience of managing an internal sales team or managing staff within a branch environment
3. Experience in the construction industry or working in a trade environment essential
4. Focused and goal-oriented and able to achieve sales objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction
