About the role
Essential Criteria
1. Enhanced DBS on the update service/must be willing to process one with us.
2. A patient and reliable working character.
3. Must be able to work Monday-Friday all day.
4. Previous experience working with challenging behaviour.
The Role Itself
1. Working 1:1 with a child who needs additional support for educational focus.
2. Commitment to understanding the child's individual developmental targets.
3. Supporting a teacher's plan for the child's future progress.
