If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nWe have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Wandsworth, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37hrs per week as a Customer Service Tutor.\n\nAt Novus we work with passion, care and commitment to create the foundations for change.
For almost 30 years we have been helping men, women and children of all ages and abilities, in prison settings across England and Wales, to take new directions.\n\nThe role\n\nAs the Customer Service Teacher at HMP Wandsworth, you will play a crucial role in helping our learners develop essential skills that will serve them throughout their lives and possible employment opportunities upon release. You will be responsible for effectively delivering the City & Guilds Award for Introduction to Customer Service (Entry 3 and Level 1) qualifications and ensuring that all learners successfully complete the portfolio to the expected standards. The ability to work to a deadline is essential for this role.\n\nYour passion for education and dedication to our learners' success will make you a valuable asset to our team.
This is an amazing opportunity to work as part of a close knit, supportive management team who are committed to staff wellbeing. This is a full-time position, Mondy to Thursday 8 till 5 and Friday 8 till 1pm. All work takes place on site within the working hours and there is not a requirement to complete any additional work during the evening or weekends.
