You must be able to demonstrate a strong level of management experience and high level of industrial technical knowledge. Experience / Qualifications: - You will have experience working as an Operations Manager for an Asbestos company, ideally UKAS accredited - Must have a proven record of successfully managing teams of site and office staff to efficiently service accounts and projects - Will have excellent interpersonal and people-management skills - Ideally will have hands-on site experience, as a Surveyor and / or Analyst - Will be qualified with BOSH P Certifications (including P401, P402, P403, P404 & P405, or RSPH equivalents) - Strong industry technical knowledge - Experienced in maintaining strong relationships with Clients - Must have strong written and IT skills - Great organisational skills The Role: - Managing projects of varying sizes, ensuring they are run to budget and to agreed KPIs - Overseeing and reviewing workloads for staff, allocating projects and implementing any changes - Conducting quality control checks on site staff to ensure they remain compliant and working to a high standard - Working closely with other members of the management team to oversee new and existing projects and to execute the on-boarding process for new clients - Engaging with new potential Clients, and identifying new areas for business - Maintaining strong relationships with Clients, providing ongoing support and technical advice - Identifying and implementing operational improvements to improve overall company performance - Maintaining industry compliance standards across projects (for example: UKAS, HSG 264 & 248) Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
