SENIOR REAL ESTATE FOCUS
At Frasia Wright Associates, we’re currently working on a number of exciting and high-level Senior Real Estate opportunities across Scotland. We’ve seen a growing demand for experienced Property specialists within the legal profession, particularly at the senior level. If you’re an experienced Real Estate Lawyer seeking a new challenge, we’d be delighted to have a confidential conversation with you. Below is just a small selection of the roles we currently have available:
1. Lead domestic and international real estate transactions for clients in infrastructure, retail, and government.
2. Advise on development, investment, and leasing matters; draft and negotiate key real estate documents.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; strong experience in due diligence and asset/portfolio management required.
4. Handle acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development for commercial clients including pension scheme providers.
5. Draft and review contracts and titles; mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
6. Advise on hotel, leisure, and city-centre development projects, including Build-to-Rent and luxury hotel deals.
7. Work with funders, owners, and operators on acquisitions, expansions, and management agreements.
8. Collaborate with banking, planning, and construction teams; 6+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate preferred.
9. Senior-level role leading a national firm’s expanding real estate team; opportunity for career progression.
10. Expertise in development, finance, leasing, and asset management; team leadership expected.
11. Manage diverse transactions across retail, leisure, healthcare, and investment sectors.
12. Handle acquisitions, leasing, development, portfolio management, and funding work.
13. Advise on large-scale energy infrastructure projects (solar, wind, battery, hydrogen) for high-profile clients.
14. Focus on property elements of nationally significant developments.
Requires 6+ years’ PQE with strong communication skills and a client-focused approach; competitive benefits offered.
Ideal for 6+ years’ PQE lawyers; client following welcome but not required.
Requires 4+ years’ PQE and qualification in Scotland, England & Wales, or both; excellent training and benefits offered.
