We have contracts from 1st December 2024 to 26th January 2025, with a variety of shifts available during this time period. Shifts will be agreed in advance and there may be opportunities to pick up extra shifts where available. Key dates include Christmas Eve, our first day of Sale on Friday 27th December 2024 and may include working Saturday 28th December 2024. We just can't do it without you!
About the Role:
To be a successful Seasonal Support Team Member you will work across the sales floors and in our stockrooms to offer fast and friendly service. Working alongside the instore team you will support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and managers
Sales floor work includes:
1. Offering fast and friendly service at all times, helping our customers to find the perfect products
2. Speedy parcel pick up service
3. Helping get stock to the sales floor as quickly as you can
4. Keeping the sales floor looking fantastic and easy to shop from
Stockroom work includes:
5. Accurately processing stock quickly to the highest standard, such as scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, putting stock away
6. Locating, packing and promptly transferring stock in and out of store
7. Meeting deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time
8. Keeping all back areas of the store clean, tidy and organised

In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
What’s Next
As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial Interview so we can have a chat to find out more about you.
