We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Chobham. This full-time role will involve working with students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them engage with their learning and build essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support for students with SEMH needs
* Assist with managing classroom behavior and promoting positive learning
* Support students in overcoming emotional and social challenges
* Work closely with teachers to implement individual learning plans
Requirements:
* Experience working with students with SEMH or similar needs
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle preferable due to location
