You ll be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our school office. This role is essential to the success of our academy, and the successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the efficient running of the school, helping with everything from administration to the management of our students Chromebook programme. IT confident : As part of your role, you ll help manage the Chromebook programme, assisting with distribution, managing ongoing support, and ensuring that students devices are up-to-date and well maintained. Organised and adaptable : Whether you re managing the reception area, handling phone calls, or organising Chromebook collection days, you ll be able to juggle multiple tasks and work efficiently. A positive attitude : We re looking for someone who is proactive, with a 'can-do' attitude, ready to support staff, students, and parents with any admin-related tasks. This is a permanent opportunity working 37 hours per week, Term Time 1 week inset with an actual salary of 20,347 per annum ( 23,656 full time equivalent). The working hours are 8am - 4pm, with a 3:30pm finish on Friday.
