You will be responsible for ensuring customers are served quickly and accurately, operating the tills, ensuring the restaurant area is impeccably clean and supporting the team with whatever is needed to help create a great working environment. This is a very demanding role working every Saturday and Sunday, so you must be comfortable working fast and being on your feet a lot of the time. We would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: As a Catering Assistant your role includes but is not limited to these duties: • Welcoming and seating customers • Taking customer orders • Assist with menu and beverage recommendations • Preparing and serving beverage and food orders • Setting tables • Cash handling • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner • Cleaning tables and removing used cutlery • Communicating effectively with the kitchen and staff members • Reporting to shifts on time in impeccable uniform.
