Our 2025 Food Manufacturing Operations Graduate Programme will be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure the highest quality, efficiency, and safety in our production processes. We have a development culture which supports growth through training, coaching and opportunity. What are we looking for: Genuine interest in a career within the food and/or fresh produce industry. Desire to develop within a manufacturing environment. Either in your final year of university graduating in 2025 or have graduated in the last 4 years. Excellent communication skills at all levels. A pro-active approach to problem solving and have a can-do attitude. Ability to work as a team and on own initiative. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
