Robert Half is supporting a Global Consulting Firm to recruit an Oracle Fusion Change Lead to spearhead a strategic ERP transformation, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Oracle Fusion across the organisation. This role centres on managing change management initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and training support to achieve successful organisational adoption of the new ERP system, aligned with business objectives for enhanced operational efficiency.
Contract Assignment Details:
Location : London (Hybrid Working – 1-2 days per week on-site)
Duration : Initial 6 Months contract
Day Rate : Up to £450-475 p/day via FCSA-accredited umbrella company, subject to relevant Oracle Fusion expertise
Start Date : A 2-3 week lead time for initial meetings and technology setup
Experience Required:
* Proven experience leading change management for Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP transformation projects.
* Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement and communication planning, with a demonstrated ability to foster executive buy-in and support.
* Extensive knowledge of change management frameworks and adoption strategies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
* Competence in training design, resource preparation, and support structures to ensure effective user adoption.
* Skilled in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets to maintain project alignment with strategic goals.
* Advantageous: Familiarity with transitions from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Fusion, specifically within large-scale organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and manage a change management plan for Oracle Fusion implementation, covering stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
* Lead the communication and change activities throughout the transition, aligning with organisational goals and cultural dynamics.
* Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
* Coordinate with project and IT teams to support each phase of Oracle Fusion implementation, including testing, training, and rollout.
* Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, facilitating communication of project milestones, challenges, and deliverables.
* Drive user engagement and support strategies, ensuring employees are well-prepared and equipped to maximise the benefits of Oracle Fusion.
