Working Hours: 3 days per week, flexible hours
The selected candidate will initially work on a temporary basis for 12 weeks. After this period, they will be offered a part-time PAYE position with an annual salary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve internal and external queries
* Post payments & receipts from cashbook
* Handle bank reconciliations, posting, and balancing
* Manage payments within the banking system
* Chase suppliers for invoices and allocate payments
* Post vehicle expense invoices and allocate costs
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or as a Finance Assistant is required.
The selected candidate will be paid weekly, one week in arrears for the first 12 weeks.
