About the Role: A leading global real estate company that serves clients across commercial, residential, industrial, and retail sectors, are looking for a proven and experienced Portfolio Manager to join their first rate team in Manchester. This role involves overseeing a large and diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring optimal financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and asset value growth. You will play a key role in strategic asset management, lease negotiations, and stakeholder engagement while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a varied portfolio across commercial, residential, industrial, and retail properties.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximise asset performance.
3. Oversee lease negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals.
4. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and service charge management.
5. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all properties.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and investors.
7. Identify opportunities for asset improvement and portfolio growth.
About You:
1. Proven experience in property portfolio management.
2. Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Law, lease management, and property legislation.
3. Excellent financial, negotiation, and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders effectively.
5. MRICS qualification (or working towards it) is desirable.
