Service: Procurement & Contract Management Team - Legal & Regulatory Service

We have an opportunity for an Admin Officer to join the Corporate and Education section of the Procurement Team.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
1. Supporting procurement officers by providing high quality admin management in relation to contract management activities.
2. Meeting support - arranging, minuting & post meeting action coordination.
3. Monitoring & actioning shared team mailbox enquiries
4. Processing requests, queries, invoices and orders as required
Candidates for this role require to have:
5. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft
6. Experience of office administration
7. Excellent communication skills. This role will involve working with internal departments & external suppliers.
8. Comfortable working under own initiative
9. Comfortable managing & prioritising own workload.
This is a full time position but we are willing to discuss alternative work patterns for the right candidate. The role can be office, home or hybrid based.
Interviews for this post will be held on the 21st or 22nd of November.
