You will work alongside experienced practitioners to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include guiding and supporting children through their daily routines and activities, helping them develop socially, emotionally and cognitively. Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities, promoting social, emotional and cognitive development. Help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where children feel valued and supported in their growth. Observe and record children’s progress, identifying their individual needs and planning for their next steps in learning. Work closely with other Early Years Practitioners and external professionals to ensure children’s needs are met effectively. Adhere to safeguarding and health and safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of all children in your care. Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children’s progress, providing updates and suggestions for further support at home. Job Requirements: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g. CACHE Level 3 or NVQ Level 3). Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner in a similar educational setting, ideally in a nursery or early years foundation stage (EYFS) environment. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to implement it effectively in daily activities. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development. A strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, colleagues and parents. Ability to organise activities and tasks efficiently while managing the needs of individual children.
