Your new role
You willbe responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger, including:
* Processing invoices
* Dealing with suppliersand chasing refunds
* Supplier statementsreconciliations
* Preparing BACSpayments
* Support the widerfinance team with administration and financial processes
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
* Proven experience in an purchase ledger role,preferably within the public or not for profit sector.
* Proficiency with accounting software and MS OfficeSuite.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention todetail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
* Strong communication skills
