Our client, a reputable organisation, is currently seeking a Learning and Development Admin Assistant to join their team. This
temporary position.
hourly rate £16.25.
3 months, with the possibility of extension.
hybrid working arrangementsAs the Learning and Development Admin Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative support for the delivery of OD and Learning programmes. Your responsibilities will include:
greeting delivery partners.
ensuring venues are prepared for programme delivery.
ensuring that all learning materials and resources are readily available.
develop positive relationships with colleagues across HR, the council, and our client's delivery partnersTo be successful in this position, you should have experience in learning and development programmes and the ability to hit the ground running. While it is beneficial to have a CIPD qualification, it is not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required. Moreover, excellent numeracy and literacy skills are important for this role.
Our client values health and safety, security, confidentiality, and data protection. As the Learning and Development Admin Assistant, you will be expected to comply with the organisation's policies and procedures in these areas.
This role offers the flexibility to work from home for most of the week, with 2 days per week required in the office.
