Organise and oversee events, campaigns, and other promotional activities to boost awareness and engagement. Evaluate the impact of communication initiatives and refine strategies accordingly. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a unified and consistent message. Manage crisis communication and uphold the organisation’s reputation. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in communications and public relations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrable experience in a communications role, ideally within the non-profit sector. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and project management abilities. Proficient in communication tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems.
