The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high level construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full fit-out process, ensuring smooth project delivery. Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site. Ensure health & safety compliance at all times. Monitor project progress, quality, and deadlines. Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with stakeholders. Problem-solve and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently. Liase with the client on all aspects of the project Excellent communication skills Requirements: ✅ Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. ✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
