School Chef Managers DBS NEEDED Berkeley Scott, the country’s leading hospitality agency are looking for Chef Managers to work with our broad range of clients within our Education settings across West London and London. We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who can manage small and large teams within school environments. Happy for both temporary and Perm positions. You will be responsible for: Managing teams including supporting with HR matters, rotas and training Cooking and preparing nutritious meals in mass Creating menus within regulations and being hyper aware of allergens Liaising with school staff Monitoring and being responsible for budgets Managing and ordering stock Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in timely and acceptable manner Our jobs are generally, Monday to Friday offering a variety of shift patterns starting from 7/8 and finishing at 3/4/5/6pm (these times may vary). These flexible opportunities offer start from £20 - £22 per hour.
