They will manage their service visits, monitor the completion on both service, callouts and minor and small repairs. They will report back to clients, attending client meetings, order parts etc. On a typical day you will: The day varies but it will be reporting figures, ordering parts, having meetings, attending site to meet with engineers to carry out audits, dealing with client issues, working closely with admin so the reporting goes out to the client s What You Will Need to be Successful : A successful candidate will need to be able to work well in a close team and have the desire and passion to want to succeed. Have to work sometimes under pressure and meet deadlines. Service Deliver Manager (Elevators) The Field Manager is responsible for directing and supervising all service routes delegated to him in a safe, quality driven and cost effective manner. This includes ensuring that all engineers are working to the company guidelines by carrying out Fatality Protection Audits and weekly checking all timesheets and that job sheets are submitted. Building good working relationships with clients and contractors is an essential part of the role, attending meetings and ensuring all their requirements are met either by themselves or the Central Administration team. Ensuring that engineers have all the equipment required to complete their jobs, including sufficient PPE and ordering parts as and when required.
