Website Cruise Sales Consultant (Travel Agent or Cruise Specialist experience required)

We are looking for experienced Cruise sales professionals to join our Outbound Website Sales Team. 2-week revolving work pattern - weekdays 8:15 am - 8 pm with reduced hours weekends.
Every other weekend off. A typical 2-week pattern would be working Monday, off Tuesday & Wednesday, working Thursday and Friday and then off Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The following week would then operate in reverse.
This offers the luxury of long weekends every other week, plus days off in the week.
Key responsibilities:
* Selling cruise packages on website enquiry leads, maximising every sales opportunity.
* Proactive outbound sales, following up on website leads.
* Accurately inputting bookings into our in-house system, as well as partner booking systems.
* Selling added-value items onto packages as appropriate.
* Maintaining the volume of outbound calls, sales conversion rate and financial factor according to company targets.
* Increasing and maintaining up-to-date product awareness through personal research, marketing briefs and company training.
* Providing effective solutions to customer sales enquiries relating to the product.
* Updating client information on amended bookings and maintaining professional notes as required.
Required:
* 1 year+ experience in a Sales role - including Travel Agency and cruise specialists working from home or office based.
* Efficient telephone manner.
* Must be able to commute to Colchester, Essex, for training when required.
