1. Collection and collation of evidence regarding Compliance Work with the IN-CS Partnership oversight group, service and team managers to ascertain evidence required to underpin assurance and compliance across the range of applicable governance requirements and standards Ensure the accurate collections of all data sets required by the contract and their timely upload to the National Portal. Assist managers and teams within the partnership in gathering and compiling evidence, including detailed data where required, regarding compliance with a range of governance requirements and standards. Have a lead role in maintaining collated evidence across the Partnership of compliance standards. Maintain records which provide an accessible summary of the partnerships compliance with standards and governance requirements. Work with the IN-CS Partnership Governance group to develop robust systems across all services to demonstrate compliance and provide evidence to support any external scrutiny and assessments. 2. Production of reports Take a lead role as required in the preparation of reports regarding compliance with: I. Governance requirements II. Action plans III. Implementation plans IV. Dataset analysis Develop and maintain tools which enable the teams within the Partnership to collect and maintain evidence and records of compliance, spreadsheets which collate and analyse data regarding compliance and performance across the services and to produce reports which summarises the information. 3. Support action and action planning to address compliance requirements Liaise with the IN-CS Partnership Oversight Group, Professional Leads, LDU Governance facilitators to identify priority areas of governance and service improvement initiatives requiring support. Disseminate guidance to managers and practitioners regarding aspects of governance, performance and standards. Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of actions and action plans to address compliance. Implement appropriate systems to ensure that learning form incidents is tracked and can be considered appropriately at all levels of the organization. Maintain a central record of actions required to meet governance requirements across the IN-CS Partnership Liaise and develop effective working relationships with all relevant departments within the Trust to develop the role in the wider context of the Governance of the Trust. Work with the IN-CS Partnership Oversight group to develop and maintain the Partnership risk register Take a lead role in the collation and development of resources to enable managers within the Partnership to develop and improve services. Contribute to guidance documents and protocols to meet quality standards and compliance requirements Work with the partnership to ensure all systems such as IQ, datasets and Ulysses are accurate and any improvements are supported. Develop and implement local systems and processes to cascade internal safety alerts ensuring clear audit trails are maintained and timescales achieved.
