You will need to be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, have a practical approach, and possess mechanical aptitude. A good general education is necessary, including basic IT skills. Previous experience working with patients or customers, as well as basic clerical/keyboard skills and computer literacy, are essential for the post. Previous experience as a carer would be desirable.
