Administrator Location: Rochester, Kent Shift: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Pay Rate: £12.36 per hour Contract: Long-term, Ongoing Work We are recruiting an Administrator to join our client’s team in Rochester. This is an office-based role within a large automotive company, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: General administrative duties to support the team. Handling data entry, document management, and reporting tasks. Working with Excel, including pivot tables to manage data. Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Requirements: Previous administration experience (automotive industry experience would be a bonus). Strong Excel skills and familiar with using pivot tables. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Must be comfortable working in an office-based role (no hybrid option available).
