Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified - 1:1 ASD Provision
You will be working alongside a motivated team of specialist teachers, various therapists, and inclusion staff as an Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified, helping manage the classroom environment, creating exciting activities and delivering tailored programmes to pupils using the extensive equipment at the school.
The ideal candidate for this Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified role would be a graduate searching for the perfect role to start their career in education, or an individual passionate about ASD who is looking to work alongside the best specialist staff and equipment.
This is a perfect role to provide valuable experience for aspiring Psychologists, ASD teachers, Therapists, Primary School Teachers and more.
Job Description
Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified
ASAP Start - Monday - Friday
£105 - £110 per day - Paid Weekly
Full-time, full academic year, term-time only
Based in Newham
About the Role
1. Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with ASD requirements.
2. Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils.
3. High quality and bespoke CPD will be provided.
4. Strong inclusion team to support you.
Ideal Candidate
1. A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within.
2. Previous experience working with children.
3. Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A passion for supporting those with Special Educational Needs.
