Completing Enforcement Agent
/ System generated Tasks and Alerts ensuring these are resolved within SLA
Making and receiving calls
to Enforcement Agents and answering their questions and queries
Maintain and update a
Health and Safety log of incidents relating to Enforcement Agents and provide
this data to the HR department on a weekly basis
Resolve financial queries
on behalf of the Accounts Department such as late banking, chargebacks and none
updated Enforcement Agent payments
Undertake actions and
activities in relation to operational needs such as address cleansing,
reviewing blocked cases, reviewing spotted vehicles, linking new accounts,
generating reports, generating letters and vehicle removal requests etc
Co-ordinate any day to day
EA requirements including clamp orders and stationary etc
The role is based in CDER Group's office, located
in Darlington working Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm
Training
Business Administrator Level 3
Apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is delivered
through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the
workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will
be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group
teaching and 1-1 training monthly.
Maths and English at
grade 4 (C) or equivalent and above desirable.
Skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure,
in difficult situations, work alone and as part of a team
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software systems
