Main Duties:
* Support the Location Service Manager in managing daily operations, including task coordination and record-keeping;
* Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
* Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process enhancement and implement changes;
* Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation;
* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Operations Management, etc.);
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or operations management role;
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary Range: The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experience.
