That s how deliver value for our customers, and building systems that lead the way And as a Building Services Operative with Bellrock, you ll do it by To understand Health & Safety To regularly check fabric of the buildings and grounds and the assistant building service manager of any defects. To undertake any such repair work as directed by the assistant building service Manager where safe and practical to do so, and with due regard to Health & Safety rules. To undertake simple repairs to plant installations and equipment as directed by the assistant building service Manager, where safe and practical to do so and with due regard to Health & Safety rules. Share responsibilities for the regular health & safety checks, fire alarm checks and water hygiene checks. Undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks and checks, applying basic fixes ensuring facilities are fully functional Provide support to visitors on site What does it take? If you re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Building Services Operative, you ll need Knowledge of Health & safety Ability to work unsupervised, as well as working part of a team Proactive problem solving and organization of work tasks Customer service skills ensure that all visitors are dealt with courteously. Ability to work alone, using own initiative. Flexibility to work beyond regular working hours as required. Ability to prioritise work accordingly. Ability to communicate at all levels at both the client side, residents, visitors and contractors Ability to deliver excellent customer service. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2AH working a 4 on, 2 off rota between the hours of either 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid break, or 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid break.
