This role will be part of the Internal Communications team, which aims to connect our people to our strategy and help them see how their roles contribute to achieving it. We work closely with senior leaders to develop communication plans that support key business priorities and encourage our people to share their feedback, ideas, and experiences.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to an Internal Communications Campaign Lead and working within the wider easyJet Internal Communications department, this role supports business priority campaigns by defining and prioritising strategic communication objectives. You'll design, implement, and measure internal communication plans with a focus on activities that engage and support our frontline teams. Responsibilities include developing and delivering engagement campaigns, crafting creative and engaging content, and coordinating production and design assets with external vendors as needed. In collaboration with the Content and Channels team, you'll source and share frontline news that aligns with our strategy, providing strategic advice to stakeholders on effective messaging approaches for virtual and in-person events. You will also support operational communication projects, monitor trends within our frontline audience, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, and stay attuned to audience sentiment through data and feedback.

You are a creative thinker with the ability to develop ideas that align with airline culture, bringing experience as a communications consultant who crafts business-driven, results-oriented plans. You excel at building strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders, presenting ideas with confidence and inspiring trust. Assertive and resilient, you handle challenging situations and people with ease, managing high workloads and shifting priorities through strong planning, organisational, and multitasking skills. Your excellent negotiation, writing, and editing abilities, combined with practical energy and enthusiasm, make you a well-rounded communicator. Familiarity with the airline or transport industry would be an added advantage.

Location & Hours of Works
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
