Job Summary
This role is focused on recruiting talented professionals to join our team, with a focus on business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and mentorship.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment, telesales, or client-facing roles, with strong organisational skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing new and existing client accounts, and overseeing the recruitment process with delivery consultants.
Responsibilities
* Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Client Management: Manage new and existing client accounts
* Candidate Sourcing: Use internal database and job boards to find candidates
* Candidate Management: Oversee recruitment process with Delivery Consultants
* Mentor Team Members: Support staff with recruitment best practice
