We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for design to join our fantastic Marketing team to support the delivery of our strategic marketing plans across the business. In this role, you will lead the creative strategy for the central marketing team through the delivery of our internal magazine, digital asset strategy, and central marketing campaigns.
Key Accountabilities:
* Support central marketing initiatives by managing campaign assets, creating the quarterly Trade Marketing magazine, and developing new food brand concepts.
* Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our message.
* Create graphics for digital, print, and event materials.
* Collaborate with regional marketing teams to design sector-specific materials.
* Contribute to campaign and promotional material development.
* Review and refine marketing strategies for visual impact.
* Manage the marketing portal for accurate, up-to-date content.
* Monitor competitors and partners to maintain a market-leading creative strategy.
* Engage senior stakeholders for approval on major activities.
Experience & Skills:
* 5+ years in graphic design, with a strong F&B portfolio.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; experienced in managing end-to-end design projects.
* Knowledgeable in branding, marketing strategy, and print production.
* Strong communicator with excellent time management and stakeholder engagement.
