Job Description:
Do you have a passion for engineering and a desire to make a real difference? We're looking for talented Design Managers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering) to join our growing teams across the UK & Ireland.
This is your chance to:
* Lead and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Work on exciting water projects that push boundaries and make a significant impact.
* Partner with top water clients across the UK, shaping the future of the industry.
We're a leading engineering consultancy with continued growth ambitions, building on a successful track record. Our 2025 water strategy is brimming with opportunities, and you'll be at the forefront, tackling iconic projects.
Here's what sets us apart:
* We prioritise community - designing solutions that minimise environmental impact and maximise social benefits.
* We champion sustainable development, delivering infrastructure projects that adapt to climate change.
Our Design Managers work across the project lifecycle in asset planning/strategy, concept design, outline design, and detailed design. We work in a variety of project areas within the water sector, including clean water treatment and networks, wastewater treatment, wastewater networks, flooding, and urban drainage.
As Design Manager, you will play a fundamental role within projects to identify innovative and sustainable solutions, work collaboratively with the client, plan technical delivery, and lead the multidisciplinary team throughout the project. You will work alongside the Project Manager to deliver best value and client service excellence. You will have access to Stantec's world-class expertise to help you deliver leading edge design.
About You

Support can be given to achieve this if required.
We have opportunities for differing levels of seniority, so if you are looking to develop your leadership career, we'll support you on your journey.
