We are seeking to recruit a Research Associate (Grade 6 or 7) to work on the measurement of displacement and strain fields in ceramic composite plates subject to thermoacoustic excitation. You should have experience in experimental mechanics and demonstrable competence in techniques such as digital image correlation.
You should have a PhD (for grade 7) or a Master’s degree (for grade 6) in an appropriate field of engineering science or physical sciences.
The post is available from 1st April 2025 for 36 months.
