We are searching for a Senior Safeguarding Officer to join our passionate and highly skilled team in Safeguarding!
As a Senior Safeguarding Officer, you will work directly with students to provide pastoral support and develop personal resilience strategies. You will act as a Deputy to the Safeguarding Manager and help provide support to the function of the Designated Teacher. You will also support the Safeguarding Coordinators and provide guidance to students with short, intensive interventions to address day-to-day issues and long-term challenges.
Minimum Requirements:
To apply for this role, you will need a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Safeguarding, experience working in Safeguarding, Child Protection, Youth Work/Justice, Social Services, or Counselling. You will need knowledge of referral systems and have high standards of communication and organisation.
