Our client within the Agricultural industry are looking for a Transport Planner Supervisor, who will have the opportunity to play a key role in planning and coordinating the daily operations of their transport desk. What you'll do: Plan and schedule the activities of 5 HGV trucks and drivers, ensuring efficient collections and deliveries of machinery. Utilise software packages to optimise transportation routes and schedules. Ensure compliance with all logistics and transport operations, including RHA, FORS, and CPC. Coordinate the maintenance, MOT, and tax requirements for the HGV and service van fleet vehicles. What you'll need: Knowledge and experience in the field of transport planning, including previous experience planning nationwide routes. Familiarity with industry standards such as RHA, FORS, CPC, WTD, and tachos. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise transportation routes and schedules.
