Ensure exceptional quality food, drinks and service are consistently delivered. Front up an experienced team known for their warm welcome and passionate hospitality. Manage your rota, cash handing and assist with stock control. Develop strong relationships with the other hotel departments, working together to achieve team goals and deliver a consistently excellent guest experience. Looking for the perfect match Ideally someone with at least 1 years’ restaurant management experience who can make a quick impact in our team, or alternatively 3 years’ supervisory / assistant manager experience. A people person who is great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships. We’re big on enthusiasm and those who love bringing fresh ideas to the table.
