Business Development Executive - B2B
Location: Nelson, Lancashire – Hybrid
Salary: £25k basic - OTE £40k – Uncapped Commission
Work From Home: Mondays & Fridays – with an early finish on Fridays!
We are currently working with a successful energy management consultancy specialising in supporting businesses with energy management and sustainability challenges. They are on the lookout for three talented Business Development Executives to join their growing team.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Engage with business leaders through phone, email, and social media to set up meetings
2. Maintain a consistent, strategic outreach activity to drive leads and opportunities
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, providing support throughout the sales process
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous sales experience in a similar role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Experience in the energy management industry is a plus but not essential
